MUNIQ Langsuan is a luxury condominium in the heart of Bangkok. It is a 28 storey building that offers 163 units of varying sizes and layouts. In a city with no shortage of condominiums and known for luxury living, MUNIQ Langsuan brings a new benchmark to town in offering an opulent lifestyle in one of Bangkok's most prestigious addresses. Surrounded by the greenery and calming nature of Lumpini Park, a variety of shopping opportunities and some of the city’s most reputable hotels and dining venues MUNIQ Langusan offers the perfect location for luxury living. The design of the property coupled with the expansive facilities further enhance the affluent lifestyle.

The brand’s overall concept is ‘Living in Art’, the design journey of this property more specifically explores the feeling of romance and is inspired by images of a romantic New York City lifestyle. The design brief was simple - Michael Buble singing ‘Quando Quando’. Simplicity through black and white and enhanced by elegant design detail. The perfect blend of modern and classic creating a timeless style.

The interior design is in line with the architecture - offering the feeling of grandeur and space. Stepping into the building you are charmed by a sense of sophistication, smartly accented by a selection of contemporary furnishings. The residents amenities, include a gym and yoga room, various pools, an amphitheater, a game lounge and kids quarter, decanter sky lounge and a private dining room. These have been specially designed to offer residents an idyllic experience every day.
