ADDP Architects and MVRDV awarded Green Mark GoldPlus for Irwell Hill Residences collaboration

Located in Singapore, the residential development consists of two 36 storey towers and was awarded for its environmentally conscious design and building standards

by Nav Pal 14 June 2022 Landscape

Designed for modern urban living set against Singapore’s District 9, Irwell Hill Residences is configured to optimise the living environment of residents. The architecture integrates the conserved heritage rain trees into the landscape while paying attention to the details within the grounds.

Incorporating the efficiency of a sustainable construction method, the project also connects the botanical landscape with the outdoor spaces of the balconies to create a green experience for its users. The champagne gold pixel-patterned façade of the towers provides a bold vision to Singapore’s skyline.

The residences sit on an elevated terrain, housing function rooms equipped to host meetings and conferences, along with facilities that are designed for an elevated urban lifestyle.

The project also boasts a spa, clubhouse pool and a 50 sq m infinity raintree pool, surrounded by greenery along with a treetop gourmet for small events, a dog park, tennis court and fitness centre.

On Level 24 of both towers sits the “Vista Co-Work'' space, reserved for residents to work from home. The space is equipped with high-speed WiFi, charging points and a view of the sky framed by the greenery. Also located atop the towers is Irwell Sky, where gatherings can take place, and the Sky Lounge boasts views of the city.

Irwell Hill Residences is located adjacent to the Great World MRT Station (Thomson-East Coast Line), Orchard MRT Station (North-South Line), and a short drive away from the Central Expressway (CTE).
