Buteo Exclusive Villas in Bodrum benefit from Quark Studio Architects design

Quark Studio Architects’s design concept integrates minimalist aesthetics, comfort and luxury with the unique geographic position of the villas

by Georgina Johnston 18 December 2020

Quark Studio Architects was chosen to design the Buteo Exclusive Villas; a project consisting of eight exclusive villas situated in Bodrum, Turkey.

Overlooking the Aegean Sea, the villas boast sea view. The positioning of the villas combined with large windows, LED cove lighting and spot lighting offers a luminous interior. The monochrome colour palette used in the interiors is complemented by the use of organic materials and natural textures such as wooden panels and laminate flooring, which create a harmonious setting.

The open living area is composed of a comfortable sofa, a black, marble coffee table, and a modern fireplace. The dining area adjacent to the living area is furnished with custom designed furniture and the pendant lighting over the white marble dining table adds a refined tone to the environment. The dining area also features an open kitchen area including a kitchen island and the necessary appliances. Both the living and the dining areas offer a delightful space where residents can enjoy the incredible panoramic view of the sea.

All the bedrooms feature custom-designed beds and simple but elegant decorative wall ornaments, which are complemented by mirrored walls that provide the room with a more spacious look.

The use of light coloured marble with beige veins in the bathroom of the villa nods to the minimalistic design concept of the project. The indoor gym on the ground floor offers the opportunity to work out privately in the comfort of a home.

Each villa enjoys a green garden with comfortable sunbeds and an infinity pool that stands as an extension of the sea.
