537 Elizabeth Street is a prototype for a new typology that blurs residential with serviced apartment/hotel living. Situated on a micro inner-city site measuring 6.7m by 29m, the seven-storey building provides 12 highly appointed one-bedroom-plus-study apartments, arranged two per floor with a simple and logical internal arrangement.
One Park Taipei comprises two high-rise residential towers adjacent to Da’an Park, in the heart of the Da’an district, Taipei. It is a 26-hectare site which contains a vast area of public green space - a popular destination within the local area. The two towers are staggered to maximize views across the park to the west, and to the stunning views of Yang Ming Mountain to the north, the Wulai hot springs district to the south, and the city's iconic Taipei 101 tower. The south tower is 35 storeys and the north tower is 31 storeys.
Grinding Factory 5Lmeet is designed to transform the historic traditional courtyard into an attractive long-term rental apartment in Beijing.The apartment is connected by three yards, with the entrance made of an arched wooden gate leading into the courtyard, which is divided into the front reception area on the left and the central kitchen on the right. The kitchen faces the ancient trees in the courtyard.
The Xavier residential complex is in the heart of the Amsterdam Zuidas business district. A unique characteristic of the urban development plan of this part of the city is that the various towers have been envisioned as separate "urban palaces". In Lot 4, the 22-storey Xavier residential tower, together with two 7-storey urban villas, form a U-shaped block with an opening oriented to the south. This creates a unique small-scale courtyard at ground level and a particularly pleasant living environment in this office-dominated district.

The site is on a hill in Lewan International Park, which is adjacent to the mountain landscape in the west and overlooks the golf course and the central water system in the north.
