Innovative designs seemlessly encase vibrant transport hubs.

As the face of the city of Fuji, the historical Shin-Fuji Station - Interior Design high-speed rail station and its commercial area are revived in this project. By focusing on functionality and circulation of the station, the aim was to design a station suitable for this compact city. The designed convenience of the information counter, lounge, and interactive features of the station will lead to gained traffic, positive impression and improvement of lives in Fuji.

Following an international design competition, Softroom was commissioned by Turkish Airlines to create the new Flow Wall - Turkish Airlines Lounges Istanbul - Softroom. The client required an iconic design for their lounges that symbolizes their seamless passenger experience and so the architects developed a ribbon-like wall that unites all the disparate spaces and activities. The wall flows through the reception area and then into the main space, which becomes a hub for access to many different zones. Inspired by the Turkish capital, this light-filled interior space feels more like an open-air courtyard than normal passenger enclosure.
