The Urban Enframement - house sale center and showhome project includes two stores on the curbside, with the sales office on the right and the model house on the left. A large advertising billboard in the facade above the second floor is imagined to be an urban display window that can attract people’s eyes to this unique building at first glance. The two stores are designed with the concept of two boutique display windows, to fit in with the location of the project.
Located on the west bank of xianghu lake, the OCT&VANKE THE RIVIERA SALES CENTER - OCT&VANKE project was like a floating "square box" which connected the sculpture with the park entrance. A clear and restrained design language and extremely simple materials create a quiet and powerful architectural environment. The designer intends to create a "transparent box" that is completely integrated into the environment during the day and has no boundary with the water court.
Located in the Wanbo Business District of Guangzhou South CBD and also as the only residential land in this district, Gemdale The One Villa - Gemdale has its irreproducible rareness and is worthy of serious consideration. As the "directional concept work" through which Gemdale aims to practice its ideal of living, the project condenses Gemdale's strategic development thinking and full judgment and forward-looking understanding of the future lifestyle throughout project planning, gardening, architecture, apartment type and design.
To mark the 25th anniversary of Stephen Lawrence’s tragic death, the Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust (SLCT) embarked upon an exciting new venture; transforming its centre in Deptford into a creative co-working hub; Your Space - Gensler.
