AIB's new Customer & Corporate HQ comprises 5+2 storeys of prime Grade A office space with showcase workspace accommodation for more than 800 staff. Taking advantage of excellent frontage onto Molesworth Street, the workplace concept is built around an internal street linking through to the back of the building to connect garden, atrium, café and working areas to the rear along a string axial route. The effect is a largely uninterrupted view from the street right through to the heart of the workspace—reinforcing the idea that this is really a Bank of change, openness, collaboration and transparency.
