Luka Living Rental Apartments and Shopping Centre - Budova Luka Living is an entry in the Mixed Use category at the 2019 World Architecture News Awards.

The Luka Living is partly an adaptive re-use project of the existing shopping centre with a closely connected and newly developed high-quality residential built to rent building with the construction of wavily structured facades, which is literally build on tube of underground to connected to city centre and fortunately well placed in the middle of old residential development with something around 13.000 people located at Prague-West. built by 80’s.

The renovation of the existing building provides finally comfort shopping and public can not be afraid to visit this area anymore, due to last 30 years without any developing, the neighborhoods was quite not so amiably. We believe, we revalidated the Prague Luka area, what we can say after one year of being here.

Also the prominent rental apartments building come here with more than 800 people to live, when the tenants can easily visit the shopping with dry foot.

The mixed use development consists of 200 full equipped rental apartments, which have one bedroom apartments, middle class two-three bedrooms apartments and also five bedrooms very luxury apartments. 

Further more 20 hotel serviced apartments, connected by elevators with 180 car spaces in ground floors. Also 19 room affordable apartments, 8.800sqm of retail including a gym and wellness, restaurants, market, services as a banks, insurance company, drugstore – the tenant mix has been selected to welcome all groups of people living around and it is connected to 80 public car spaces which will be soon redevelop to parking house with 250 parking spaces.
