NOS wanted its new facility in Pune, to speak volumes in terms of aesthetics and higher design quality as its purpose would be to host business leaders & recruit new stakeholders across the globe.
Our Challenge and Solution: to create a benchmark in workspace design, rivalling other top international consultancies.They are moving from the traditional way of desk based working to Agile working.The response was a design concept that not only satisfies the diverse needs of the workforce, but one that also offers a habitat for all to feel at home.
Architectural Features: the workspace showcases the innovations that can be achieved through close collaboration between design and construction, using an design-build process.The swing spaces spread across the floor plate to engage the user in collaborative activities to increase the productivity.
What makes this project unique? The office was designed to promote innovative thinking and cross-business collaboration. The concept of 5 senses helps to promote the productivity. Space matrix have proposed a distinctly versatile design to accommodate the client satisfaction.
