A prestige boutique fund house in Shanghai, Foresight China Mutual Fund is helmed by 2 renowned veterans in the financial circles. The project is tasked to envisage their 2,120m2 bastion at the top 2 floor penthouse off Kerry Centre Pudong Shanghai.
The reception entrance is greeted by a grand panoramic view of the city, flanked by a voluminous stone slab of a reception counter against a full height charismatic vertical copper with a backdrop made of juxtaposed studs. The alternating gloss versus the matt finishes emit a grandeur cheery sense to days with bad weather.
It contiguously spans into the workplace with a vault-like thick concealing door which opens into the VIP lounge. The executive workplace has a partial-enclosed work corner for the senior. At the same time, it permits daylight and window view for the rest of the work cluster - each is fitted with an individual brass table lamp or wall scorn.
It subtly reveals a hint of a retrospective academia influence on this organization’s work culture, whereby their investment product are meticulously mined off from a sound research and analytical process, and is complemented with a simplified art deco stone chest to further accentuate the western heritage of the Old Bund - which was once a Global Trade Hub.
