Nearly 105,000 square meters and located at the gateway to the city center from the international airport, the office building is set to be a defining element of Budapest's corporate image. With nine floors of contemporary office spaces and more than 4,000 workstations, the headquarters building is referred to as "the workplace of the future".
Designed by TIBA Architect Studio, a key goal for the building was to establish a creative and inspirational work environment, which has been met with smart, energy-saving technology and its people-friendly interior spaces. Whilst the interior caters to the latest technology trends, the exterior carries a 21st century ambiance and the shape was developed to create a certain character to the building.
Aside from the office space, there are two restaurants, two cafés, and a conference center that can hold up to 300 people with a fitness and wellness center that has an outdoor 200 meter running track on top. Internally, the 2,000 square meter garden has been completed with an indoor pond to 'ensure the maxium comfort of employees'. The underground car park contains 1,350 spaces and storage for over 300 bicycles.
The new headquarters represents long-term value architecturally, as a modern workplace and a 'prominent landmark in Budapest'.
