Boutique condos combine old and new in Montréal

Architects Geiger Huot have designed a boutique condo scheme in Montréal, Canada.

The 24-storey project combines old and new, with a contemporary design built around a façade of historical townhouses.

Known as Enticy, the new tower is set in a dynamic and diverse neighbourhood rich in history and immersed in local culture, a few minutes’ walk from the city’s Concordia University and McGill University.

Inspired by the modern and minimalist style of a boutique hotel, Enticy condos are bathed in natural light, boasting spectacular views of the Montreal skyline and Saint-Lawrence River.

Designed with experience in mind, the Enticy project features amenities including a heated rooftop pool and patio, a fully equipped gym, and five quality appliances included in every unit.

The goal is to provide residents with a boutique-style living environment throughout its 185 residences, which include studios, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments and townhouses located on the ground floor.
