A new tower designed by Henry N. Cobb is taking shape in Boston, USA

Rising 742 feet in Boston, USA, One Dalton will feature 160 luxury condominiums and a 215 key five star Four Seasons hotel. Upon completion, the soaring architectural landmark will redefine the city’s skyline, setting a new standard for luxury living in Boston. Developed by Carpenter & Company, the building’s iconic shape is the work of celebrated architect Henry N. Cobb, in collaboration with Cambridge Seven Associates.

Legendary designer Thierry Despont has crafted bespoke interiors for the residential lobby and 50th floor Club Lounge, with contextual designs that thoughtfully complement the modern architecture of the tower’s exterior. This will be the second Four Seasons hotel in Boston, making it one of only a select few cities worldwide to feature two Four Seasons hotels.
