Miami’s historic Shore club to be converted by Isay Weinfeld

Brazilian architect Isay Weinfeld has been commissioned to convert The Shore Club, a historic hotel in Miami USA's South Beach, into a luxury complex with condominiums, hotel rooms and poolside bungalows.

Situated in the city's Art Deco District, the updated property will feature 100 hotel rooms and 75 luxury condominium residences, many of them offering expansive views of the beach and Atlantic Ocean.

It will also include South Beach's largest swimming pool, measuring 250 feet in length (76 metres) and will be the first building Isay Weinfield has designed in Miami. HFZ Capital Group has selected Fasano, Brazil’s most celebrated hospitality and gastronomy firm, to be the hotel’s operator and to provide 5-Star quality hospitality and services. The collaboration will result in the first-ever Fasano hotel opening in the United States. The Shore Club – an iconic and historic property that has long been the central symbol of the Art Deco District - will be transformed to include the 100-room Fasano hotel and 75 luxury condominium residences. Construction will begin in early 2016 and the hotel is expected to open at the end of 2017.

HFZ Capital Group has brought together an exceptional team to collaborate with them on the design and hospitality for the project.
