Tuesday 01 Sep 2015

Jordan Littler Design is an independent design consultancy specialising in individual, contemporary design solutions. The studio forges strong relationships with their clients to achieve spaces that look good and work.

Bouillabaisse is an 80 cover restaurant focusing on fresh, sustainably sourced fish and seafood. The interior is inspired by Mediterranean seaside shacks with touches of luxury and attitude. The basement area offers a dining table to seat 20 people flanked by fish tanks containing live lobsters and shellfish.

The basement also boasts a view directly into the feature kitchen where you can see the seafood being prepared and cooked right in front of you.
