The 160,000 sq ft tower, which is scheduled for completion in 2016, will rise in the vibrant Miami Design District. Supplemented by amenities such as a rooftop lounge and swimming pool, as well as retail at ground level, the tower's 76 residential units are designed to take advantage of panoramic views of Biscayne Bay.

The exterior of the building produces habitable spaces that function as a contemporary "Florida Room," historic to the surrounding Buena Vista neighbourhood. These shaded, open-air rooms provide both a thermal buffer for the interior and an outdoor space for relaxing and entertaining. The facade architecture demonstrates Studio Gang's principle of exo-spatial high-rise design in which the inside extends to the outside in a dynamic spatial arrangement.

Targeting LEED Gold, the project will incorporate performance features such as energy-saving solar shading and a rainwater collection system.
