The AURA at College Park. Located in the heart of the city of Toronto, at Yonge Street and Gerrard Street, AURA stands at over 78 storeys, making this sleek landmark building the tallest condominium in Canada. Significantly redefining the Toronto skyline and street level, Aura boasts a powerful presence of granite, limestone and glass. Its architectural excellence is reflected throughout the interior, where the abundance of natural light is maximized to highlight the dazzling interior design by Graziani+Corazza+Biase Interior Architecture Inc. Aura also features a five-storey high-end commercial shopping and lifestyle centre.

As an introduction to Aura's lobby, residents and guests are greeted by a two-storey, glazed public gallery flanked by an existing 3-acre park. Passers-by of the park are able to see the beautiful Carrera marble clad gallery, offset by the richness of burled walnut, topped with a custom LED reflective light fixture, select artwork and sculptures. The gradual transition of volume flows from the existing park's openness through the bright, airy gallery, into an intimate lobby lounge of understated elegance.

The Aura lounge, filled with contemporary, sophisticated, urban, clean lines, is a clear cut distinction of spatial function in the layout. Elegant and timeless finishes, fixtures and furniture reflect and evoke Aura's adjacency with nature. Minimalist artwork and decorative sculptural elements provide focal points to balance the warm and inviting oversized fireplace feature. The concierge desk is designed to be strategically located to maximize sightlines of Aura's two entrances and lobby space, which serves as the core to the design of Aura's lobby. High speed elevators set in polished black granite are easily identifiable by backlit white marble panels and monolithic wood clad ceiling.
