RTKL Designs First Hotel Beaux Arts

Emulating an art gallery atmosphere that resonates with discerning guests, the recently-opened Hotel Beaux Arts heralds a new boutique brand that embodies exclusivity and luxury.

Located in an urban, mixed-use district that includes a class-A office building, residential space, and a planned retail venue, the 44,000-SF hotel elevates the guest experience to a fine art. As the first of the distinctive boutique brand, the 30-room, 14-suite hotel evokes elegance with its art-gallery feel and décor.

Custom-designed modern interiors and furnishings are set against fine art displays, immersing guests in a museum-quality journey. A warm color palette based in white, grey, black, copper and ochre tones creates an understated, complementary backdrop for the showcased art.

Exquisitely designed public areas, including the lounge, restaurant, and bar, are also part of the fine art experience. Every element of each guestroom is designed to emphasize the hotel’s exceptional craftsmanship. Uniquely textured metal stamped doors and modern classic interiors enhance the fine art on display.

The welcoming color scheme and uptown residential quality are nuanced by custom millwork, wood, and stone flooring. Custom area rugs, ambient lighting, touch-controlled, illuminated bathroom faucets, and Italian marble baths exude comfort and luxury. Each room is outfitted with HD-LCD TVs, home theater systems, Bang & Olufsen entertainment systems, and features iPads, remote-controlled drapery, and custom bedding.
