Soaring pair of residential towers at Jumeirah Beach anchored by lush vegetation

The Al Bateen Tower at Jumeirah Beach will offer both luxury residential apartments and 5-star hotel accommodations. Two curved towers will provide unrivaled views of the sea and city to its residents and guests.

With 30 floors dedicated to commercial space and 54 to residential space, the tower will also provide access to business facilities, upscale restaurants and shops, luxury beach club amenities, elegantly landscaped terraces, swimming pools, and pristine beaches.

The towers’ shared podium consists of 151,000 sq ft of space that includes entry lobbies, a business centre, a ballroom, restaurants, health and beach clubs, a spa, and back-of house spaces.

The hotel lobby offers retail space, a bar and a café and lounge. There are separate entries and lobbies for the residences, the ballroom, the hotel and beach club, and separate pools and fitness areas for residents and guests.

Lush landscaping and water features define the site and are used to soften the internal edge of a garden wall that surrounds and protects the grounds. The gardens are enclosed on three sides and open to the beach on the fourth. An interior courtyard offers light and additional gardens to interior restaurants.
