Colour in Architecture Award deadline approaching

WAN Colour in Architecture Award Deadline Approaching 31 October 2011

Just a quick reminder that the WAN AWARDS 2011 Colour in Architecture 2011 is still open... but only until October 31st!

Set to become one of the most exciting and inspirational of all the award categories, Colour in Architecture celebrates and promotes the best in architectural design that benefits from using colour as part of the scheme.

We passionately believe that the use of colour in the built environment will be increasingly important and integral to the way our cities evolve in the next few decades, especially with the benefit of new technology, both in surface coatings and LED façades.

The competition is open to all projects completed and unbuilt that have used colour as an integral part of the scheme. For the completed projects, they must have been completed on or after 1 January 2006. There is no date restriction on the 'unbuilt' category, and you may enter any design for the above typology, whether your design is under construction or concept design only. Please note that this category excludes interior design-only projects.
