Situated at Lockoford Lane, Whittington Moor off the A61, the exciting development is designed by award-winning architects and interior designers, careyjones, and is anticipated to be Chesterfield’s most ambitious and innovative mixed-use hotel and business complex. The Casa Hotel and Office Scheme, will be delivered by Chesterfield-based Bradbury Hall Developments, the company responsible for several prestigious projects in the town, including Bradbury Place on Chatsworth Road. The developers are working closely in partnership with Chesterfield Council to create a contemporary, luxury hotel complex, complete with corporate and leisure facilities and office space.
It will comprise of an exclusive hotel boasting 100 modern, lavishly styled bedrooms which include five suites, a banqueting suite, conference rooms complete with outdoor terraces, a contemporary restaurant and a selection of stylish bars. All will offer superb function and corporate facilities and will be complemented by a state-of-the-art office facility occupying 16,000 square feet on the top floor.
Landscaped areas within the site will provide privacy for nearby residents and a beautiful outdoor space, with both developers and architects committed to a high quality, sustainable and environmentally friendly design.

The scheme is designed to complement the ongoing growth and development along the A61 corridor at the Whittington Moor site, which is set to be the home of Chesterfield Football Club’s new 10,000 seat stadium and the relocation of the new look Tesco superstore.
