Hilltop view

A sustainable building that combines simplicity, functionality and high quality.

This new property by goDesign21 is situated in Mar Vista (Los Angeles) with views overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

Simplicity in its design, function and organization are the signature of the project. The directness of form, design and organization is enhanced by the interaction between the big recessed openings and the hard edge borders of the volume.

Inside the use of the material is kept to a minimum, same as the organization of the floor plan. Dark wooden floors all through the house mark a contrast to the clean white walls and support the feeling of openness.

This openness of the building, combined with the roof deck access and the open space of the living level, creates a breathtaking loft space with a Pacific view.
