Pelli Clarke Pelli design Ocean Financial Centre

To be completed in 2011, the 43-storey Ocean Financial Centre will be state-of-the-art, not only in terms of premium finishes and fittings but also in innovative green and environmentally-friendly features such as the largest solar panel system and the first hybrid chilled water system in Singapore.

OFC is designed by world-renowned architectural firm, Pelli Clarke Pelli, whose portfolio of landmark commercial developments in major financial cities includes the World Financial Centre in Beijing, Two International Finance Centre in Hong Kong, the Mori Tower at Atago Green Hills in Tokyo and Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur.

According to Mr Cesar Pelli, Senior Principal of Pelli Clarke Pelli, the development will include a landscaped public plaza covered by a glass roof canopy and surrounded by extensive green walls, leafy roof terraces and a sky garden. The entire development sprawls over 850,000 square feet.
