Details that contribute to the exceptional interior environment include an 18-inch building technology platform throughout which includes under floor air distribution, in-floor plug and play, voice data and power cable distribution, floor-to-floor ceiling glass, HVAC, indirect artificial and natural lighting, and a fully automated daylight harvesting system that comes with blinds and light shelves. The project is targeting LEED silver certification and will enjoy dramatically increased human comfort and a significant decrease in energy and operating costs.
