Casa Group plc has won a prestigious architecture award at the 2007 International Property Awards. The company’s Razlog Golf & Ski development in Razlog, Bulgaria, designed by Aukett Fitzroy Robinson Architects, achieved the maximum five stars from the awards jury, and won the prize for the Best Architecture (Multiple Units). Razlog Golf & Ski comprises 325 studio, 1, 2, and 3 bed apartments with state of the art on site facilities and a high tech management system. The apartments are developed to a high specification. There is an indoor swimming pool with outdoor lounge facilities, a children’s plunge pool and a spa centre that includes massage rooms, a Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room as well as a gym. It also houses a gourmet restaurant, bar and shops. Work on Razlog Golf and Ski starts in. November 2007. The second phase of units went on sale in July 2007 and the development will be completed in early 2009.
