M3 architects, in association with Coughlan DeKeyser Associates appointed to design mixed use development

M3 architects, in association with Cork architects Coughlan DeKeyser Associates have been appointed by developers TRM to design a large mixed use development in Waterford City, Ireland.The design incorporates residential, live/work, commercial and cultural buildings as well as a hotel and substantial public areas.M3 architects partner Nadi Jahangiri comments: “We are delighted to be working on our first major project in Ireland and in particular on such a high profile and important scheme. We will bring all our skills and extensive design experience to create a vision worthy of the site and location. Together with our partners CDA and the rest of the design team, our design will create a vibrant and sustainable proposal that will act as a catalyst for the growing development of the city over the next 10-20 years”.
