Arquitectonica to design luxury condominium building outside Miami

Regalia Holdings has selected Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica to design a 40-unit luxury condominium building in the ocean front community of Sunny Isle Beach, which is located 17 miles from Miami, Florida. The 24-storey undulating tower, the design of which is inspired by the action of the local breezes and ocean waves, will house 40 single floor 5,574 square foot residences each with a 360-degree wrap around balcony. Each unit will have four or five bedrooms and will range in price from 6.2 to 15 million dollars.Construction is to begin in June of 2007 with completion slated for 2009.
