Small modernist eco friendly house in London

Small modernist eco friendly timber house in North London created on wasteland. The site has been carved out of the ground to enable the building to compliment the streetscape without affecting privacy or loss of light of adjoining neighbours. The house creates two bedrooms on the first floor with an en-suite and bathroom. An open plan living space is created on the ground floor, with a light-well over the kitchen area. This opens out onto a south facing sunken garden, bringing light and space into a small space.
