The ultimate objectives to create a modern, elegant environment for the occupants. The architectural design provides double volume public spaces flooded by natural light. The houses are orientated towards prevailing wind direction to maximize the potential for natural ventilation throughout the year.The development provides a house for the owner and a house for their daughter’s family. The houses are uniquely designed to be connected by a glazed “rotunda” library that provided a physical connection and a meeting space.
