Maximizing the City’s potential

In response to the desire for high quality residential and hotel properties in the Tacoma area and within the vicinity of the Thea Foss Waterway, MulvannyG2 is helping the Foss Waterway Development Authority and the City realize their vision of a renewed and vibrant waterfront community.Along with developers Nearon Enterprises and Waterway Properties, Inc., we are developing a 183-unit condominium complex. The 9-story tower is designed to maximize views of the water, Mount Rainier, and the City. The site will include underground parking, retail, and restaurants that will enhance the public experience and foster enjoyment of the Waterway.
