The owner desired a residence suitable for entertaining, yet providing comfortable casual setting. NagaConcepts created a pavilion based home that blends with landscape, and suits an indoor – outdoor lifestyle with a diversity of functional spaces. Architectural features include an 8x18 metres open-plan living & dining pavilion displaying diversity of wood colour, texture, pattern and finishes.A substantial lounging bench in the pool, covered casual dining, sun-shaded poolside seating, and yacht-design inspired roof terrace of the master bedroom building provide outdoor social spaces. The highly energy-efficient design gives enjoyment of this tropical house without air conditioning throughout much of the year.
