Client, Liberty Property Trust, shows a major commitment to the future of Philadelphia

Robert A.M. Stern Architects & Kendall's design proposes two office towers framing a south-facing landscapedplaza on the boulevard. The taller building, rising approximately 975 feet, is set back from the boulevard, behind both the plaza and a 110-foot-high public winter garden, which serves both as a forecourt to the taller tower and as a light-flooded entranceto the Suburban Station concourse below.A unique feature of this building will be "sky atria" in the lowerportion of the tower, a series of four three-story atrium spaces, oneabove the other. Above the limestone and granite base, thetower is clad in an aluminium-frame curtain wall with high performancelow-E glass
