Mace, SPb Renovation and Bryden Wood scoop £1bn Gutenborg project in Russia
A £1bn contract for delivery partner of the expansive Gutenborg project in St. Petersburg, Russia has been won by international firm Mace. The team will provide project management, design management, cost management, construction management and technical supervision on the scheme. Plot Architects and Chassis Designers & Engineers the scheme are Bryden Wood.

The scheme includes the creation of 780,000 sq m of residential space housing 25,000 people, with 15,600 apartments supported by 3 schools, 5 kindergartens, a polyclinic and all infrastructure including roads, transport and utilities.
The wider development will encompass 9 districts of which Gutenborg is the first. Over twenty years the project will create these 9 districts and sub-divide them into 22 city blocks over 900 hectares.
Mace will be working as delivery partner to client and specialist company SPb Renovation who they have worked with on two previous commissions.
