103 become 11 as the WAN Jurors select shortlists for the Residential and House of the Year Awards 2010

The residential sector of the WAN AWARDS is widely recognised as the favourite of our nine (soon to be twelve!) categories by users and judges alike. Published projects regularly accumulate a number of lengthy user comments including ‘An exquisite home that truly pays homage to this beautiful site...’, ‘A great tribute to the architects’ and ‘This is surely my dream house’.

From a villa in Thailand to a converted Napoleonic defence tower on the south coast of England and a skinny residential tower in New York to a multi-resident structure in Shanghai where artistic studios met comfortable living space, our prestigious and passionate jury panel had their work cut out for them choosing two shortlists.
