New retail commercial mixed use centre on Perth Airport industrial land
This is the first stage of a mixed use project on a two hectare site with excellent street exposure from Horrie Miller Drive.
Designed to become a new ‘town centre’ at Kewlink East, Stage 1 includes three of the five buildings in the masterplan and incorporates 4,500 sqm of retail, medical centre, offices, restaurants and cafes with a centralised piazza.
The architecture utilises industrial materials and techniques to achieve cost parameters and to be in keeping with the adjoining Kewdale area. The principle design was to create simple but striking architecture with prominent exposure and efficient tenant areas.
