Anonimous LED's modular design for new distribution hub.

This new project is located in the industrial neighborhood “El Marqués”, 20 minutes away from Queretaro City. The site, 40m X 80m, allows the architects to work with its depth. The program originates from merchandise and user flows, and by the determining factor of making the project in phases, consisting of several 20m X 30m volumes pieced together one from each other, having always some dynamism towards the south.

The covered parking lot and the offices connect with the landscape on the front of the site in order to end in six warehouses that play with its height and depth. The flow and movement concept that the project generates formally and tectonically responds to the first subsystem (first phase) as to the programmatic addition of its future parts.

The general image of the project pretends not to distort with or depend of the other developments of subsystems, in fact any of the phases shape and give strength to the temporary system and also to the final organism.
