McCauley Daye O'Connell design for Ashtown development in Dublin
The Ashtown development proposes to create 200+ residential units comprising of a mixture of apartments and duplexes. The urban design has been arranged to integrate, extend and be part of this new village. The scheme includes a feature apartment complex of 11/12 stories with cedar clad upper penthouses that have been sculpted to play with the scale of the building creating a variety of spaces and roof terraces.
With quality communal spaces both internally and externally which includes generous courtyard gardens the quality of space is continued to the communal areas in the form of double height entrance lobbies. The ground floor level will include commercial, retail, work-live units and a large crèche. Status: Decision to grant planning
