Dealogic Head Office

Studiofibre, the multi-disciplined design company with a knack for creating unique and effective workplace environments, has unveiled its latest design project with global investment banking software developers, Dealogic. The brief saw the design company transform the 27,000 sq. ft London head office at architect Jean Nouvel's building, One New Change, into a creative environment that promotes collaboration and enhances employee creativity.
Studiofibre's development of Dealogic's 3D identity within its London-centric surroundings was timed to coincide with their new digital re-brand. Inspired by Studiofibre's understanding of the Agile work environments which are shaping today's working landscape, Dealogic wanted a space that promoted an open work environment and flexibility to evolve with a constantly changing dynamic, as well as an inspiring environment that staff would want to spend time in.
The design, inspired by the building's architecture, combines a 100m long angled, timber-clad skin that wraps the central core of the building with a hybrid series of state of the art video conferencing suites and custom designed 'agile' working environments. The operational aspect of these areas has been designed to be completely integrated into the architecture and furniture giving a much softer, warmer and domestic atmosphere to the space.
A large welcoming reception area that boasts a beautiful sculptural desk offers visitors a refined, professional first impression of Dealogic - softened through large panoramic animated fabric panels behind the desk which create a soft ambient feel to the space. The entrance experience then opens out into an executive meeting suite with a communal hub, providing a large, vibrant café area, a gaming room with stepped seating around the perimeter, padded diner booths and a rock garden in the atrium.
The main office is very open, with crisp white benching clusters made up from large square tables to give an open studio experience. The floor to ceiling glazing allows for staff to enjoy their open working landscape with uninterrupted views of the London cityscape and a bespoke cable management system has been put in place to accommodate and completely conceal any wires and cables that may interfere with the final finish.
Working with the concept of agility in mind, Studiofibre created three breakaway 'cameo' sets which offer framed views of the stunning London skyline. These 'cameo' sets have been designed to offer three slices of the Great British get-away through a city break, country retreat and Seaside escape which boast an eclectic mix of appropriate furniture, lighting fixtures, books, games and ornaments.
