The design team took inspiration from their surroundings, Hyderabad, India's high-tech capital, for the overall design.  During the initial design stages, the designers spent time getting acquainted with the environment visiting local museums, viewing historical architecture and studying local culture and fashion.

The result translates into Indian colours, patterns and fabrics that can be seen throughout the hotel. Indian motifs are found in the carpets which feature traditional henna patterns but are massively oversized in scale to look contemporary and not traditional. Silk accents and vibrant colours influenced by Indian saris also permeate throughout the hotel's design.

The most distinguishable design feature in the seven story hotel is the open atrium.   The team was able to create a space that is both tiered and staggered allowing an enormous amount of light to break through.  The space feels intimate because of the atrium's cocooning affect.

The hotel includes 185 guestrooms and 24 Suites on the first six floors with 42 service apartments on the two uppermost floors. The stylish and contemporary interiors feature Indian motifs inspired by henna patterns, while silk and vibrant colours add a sari-inspired element to the decor. The impressive lobby atrium is designed with sparkling water features and plants that surround the hotel's signature 35-foot tall white abstract sculpture which was created by the project's architect.

Spacious, welcoming and modern, each of the hotel's guestrooms are among the largest in Hyderabad, measuring at least 463 square feet/45 square meters. Soft, neutral earthy tones and shades of silver and green in the guestroom furnishings create a soothing ambience, while large glass windows add natural daylight within the room. For the convenience of the busy corporate traveller, each guestroom is equipped with oversized work desks, easy-to-use in-room technology and conveniently placed electrical outlets and light fixtures, while the luxurious bathrooms provide a sanctuary after a hard day's work with an oversized bathtub and rain shower providing with luxurious amenities.

For a traditional Indian menu, the formal Dining Room offers light and flavorful Hyderabadi dishes and classic European favorites. For a light bite to eat, The Living Room offers the hotel's signature selection of freshly prepared macaroons and other French pastries, as well as elegant Western and Indian-inspired high tea in the afternoon. The friendly and warm Oriental Bar and Kitchen is a gathering place to meet friends or business associates for drinks and offering Southeast Asian comfort snacks and other dishes.
