Picking a pair of eyeglasses is about finding the perfect balance between the health of your eyes and your personal style.

So when Karo was approached to design Crowfoot Vision, the concept was of an experience that would hold both of these principles in an equally high regard. Customers now have access to the best health education as well as a shopping experience that caters to their individuality.

Karo established architectural "cabins" throughout the 2500 square foot space to distinguish between retail and clinical areas, leaving the front of house largely open to encompass both retail and customer service. This strategy highlights Crowfoot Vision's universally trained staff that can deliver service on both sides of the equation, giving them multiple opportunities to enhance the customer retail experience. Sleek custom millwork showcases a broad selection of over 700 frames, while warm alder paneling and yellow accents create a fun, inviting vibe which encourages customers to feel welcome and linger.

Staff find that the new space has improved their work flow, and is facilitating customer service opportunities, while customers are enjoying an enhanced retail experience. Like balancing health and personal style, the new Crowfoot Vision also balances aesthetics and function creating a refreshing eyewear experience.
