Presented exclusively for 100% Design London – 23rd-26th September – iconoclastic designer Ora-ïto has produced an architectural form that attempts to marry elements of art and function. The sculptural piece responds to the proportions of a seated woman, employing the use of flowing lines and ergonomic design to create a seamless piece that can be recognised by the artistic world and enjoyed as an item of functional homeware.

Widely known for bold architectural projects such as Le Cab in 2003 and more recently for motor show spaces for Citroën and Toyoto, the design practice also a vast range of fluidly sinuous products from vases to chairs, functional desks to aesthetically pleasing cosmetics.
