A young contractor with a strong belief in green building practices wished to create a new, LEED certified office space for his growing company.
Numerous workstations, private offices, a conference area, and kitchenette were carefully placed within the existing loft to maximize flow while providing spatial interest.
A refined palette of wood, stainless steel, glass, white concrete, and white walls contribute to an airy space. Reclaimed fir is used at the workstations, entry wall, and cantilevered stair.
A living wall of mixed plants serves a dual purpose by also serving as an air filtration system.
