Floors range from Granny Flat, Woolly & Rooftop gardens based around what working human being want & also need. It’s shrewdly commercial with special metrics, yet looks different yet cool.
The toilets, allotments & Google Park use rainwater captured, and is again LEED Gold certified. Only water-based materials are used, certified timbers, and natural finishes only. Only six points short of LEED platinum, this is a highly sustainable project.
There are Secret Gardens, work spaces with real hedging to create ‘stations’, amazing rooftop views, a 250 person Townhall for conferences and parties, a huge market square which functions as a café, a library, train booths, and sunken snugs. PENSON have created a workplace with human beings in mind- which challenges as well as stimulates them mentally.
