This 320 square meter apartment expresses a high end, modern and elite living environment.
The interior design is similar to that of a first class cruise liner cabin where all surfaces are detailed and made of highly finished materials. Only exceptional quality materials have been used in supporting the design concept, such as high-gloss dark grey crocodile wood veneer, leather panels on the ceiling and walls, chrome plated metal, mirror finish stainless steel, and figured onyx marble. The design is further characterized with a strong orange colour on the walls, furniture and accessories.
The interior space is rich in spatial quality with an emphasis on a 3-dimensional integration of functions. The corridor from sitting/dining area to the accommodation quarter has a row of display shelves designed like a boutique displaying the owner's international collection. The back of the shelving is translucent glass panels with a printing of a European pen and ink drawing. Together with a reflection from the mirror walls on the opposite side, the corridor and shelving create a strong visual gallery in the apartment.
