‘L7', the name of the development, graphically delineates the characteristic of the project.
The apartment block is composed of duplex apartment units in in the form of an ‘L' and ‘7' interlocking one on top of other. Anchoring the Guangzhou luxurious property market the development is located in the international metropolis living equivalent in China.
The apartment demonstrates a luxurious living space of 165 square meters on a 120 square meters floor plan with full utilization of every single inch. Its interior design is luxurious, up-market, sophisticated, chic and sleek. It has a living area with a 5.5 meters high double volume ceiling, an open kitchen fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, internal staircase, a family corner overlooking the living area and en-suite bedrooms. Closets and storage is concealed behind wood veneered wall panels creating a grandeur look to the interior.
