Visitors to the Farmiloe Building on St John Street, one of Clerkenwell Design Week's key destinations, will see Eclipse take centre stage, having secured a prime location at the event.
The Farmiloe Building will provide the perfect backdrop to suspend a dramatic chandelier 6 metres long from the building's roof. The installation will comprise of differently sized Eclipse pendants.
Each pendant houses LED, which is diffused through hand-found optical crystal to provide a wealth of lighting effects from day to night.
The installation will be a show-stopping addition to the event, alongside the brands new product collection.
Eclipse consists of two oval mirror-coated glass shades around a central light source. The LEDs used are cleverly diffused through frosted, hand-ground optical crystal. The LED is magnified through the crystal to create a range of warmer pastel colours while strengthening the light source.
Eclipse is part of the modular range, which will be launched for the first time at Clerkenwell, designed to be shown in unlimited configurations and is height adjustable to suit any interior.
The Beau McClellan Design flexible modular chandelier system has been designed to suit interiors of all sizes, starting from a single pendant through to multiple pendant configurations. The plug and play system allows the installer to attach a top plate to the ceiling and simply plug in the individual pendants one by one.
The LEDs are diffused through frosted hand-ground optical crystal to magnify and strengthen the light source, while diffusing the more commonly seen harshness of LED light sources. Available in two LED options: standard warm white or RGB. The light source can be controlled through an advanced dimming DMX control panel system to create endless colour effects and variations.
The modular concept is available using four different glass/crystal configurations - Eclipse, Fluid, Reveal and Reflection. Each shape is designed to be shown in unlimited configurations and made from the highest quality glass with a unique semi-transparent mirror-coated finish, reflecting its surroundings by day and giving the chandelier a stunning sculptural look even when un-lit.
In addition to offering a number of standard modular chandeliers, the design team can custom design a chandelier to suit your interior.
