Roddy&ginger has added the first wallpaper to their range of textiles and prints. This bold and cheerful design celebrates the humble logpile and is printed in a choice of three woodland themed colours: woodsmoke, silver birch and moss yellow. The logpile range will also include co-ordinating cushions, pillowcases and tea towels.
Virginia says: "Wallpaper is an exiting new direction for roddy&ginger, it's the perfect product to compliment our home wares. I have always loved a well stacked wood pile with its promise of log fires and winter warmth and this range provides all you need to create your own cosy cabin in the woods. What is great about these wallpapers is that the colours are selected from the Siecle paint range of family-friendly happy colours, so the wood and walls in your cabin can match perfectly'
Roddy&ginger was started in 2009 by illustrator and textile designer Virginia Armstrong. Working from her studio in her mid-century modern home in leafy south east London, Virginia's Scandinavian, folk and retro inspired screen printed designs have developed a loyal following. Starting with a small selection of hand-printed and handmade bags and screen prints, her product range has grown to include cushions, home wares and now wallpaper.
