A very spare ceiling light with an asymmetric shade reminiscent of interwoven combs.

This asymmetry, these shifts, are strong themes in the work of Philippe Nigro.

Construction & finishes: Suspended ceiling light composed of 6 combs in translucent anthracite- coloured or opaque white acrylic; sanded finish; satin-finished chromed steel structure where combs are anthracite-coloured, or satin white lacquered steel in the case of white combs. Equipped with one 20 W E 27 compact fluo globe bulb (Philips) Ø 90 mm, colour 827 (warm white).

Philippe Nigro

Born in Nice, France in 1975, Philippe Nigro studied Decorative Arts ( Bac F12, Industrial design BTS at La Martiniere in Lyon, DSAA Product & Furniture Design at Ecole Boulle in Paris), during which time he collaborated with C. Gardet and conceived the experimental garden 'Ailleurs' at Chaumont Sur Loire and the lamp 'Flac' for a Habitat competition<br /><br />
