Robert Young AIA joins the Perkins + Will team

Esteemed architecture firm Perkins + Will have taken on a new Director of Design for their Washington DC office. Robert Young AIA, formerly a lead designer and Associate Partner of Polshek Partnership, New York, will join the practice in the position of Design Principal, coincident with the Washington office move to a new state of the art studio in July.

Steve Manlove, Managing Director of the Perkins+Will Washington DC office, commented: "Robert's background and expertise enhance our ability to excel in every aspect of a design practice, serving every client group including government, healthcare, academia, cultural institutions, and commercial developers. Even more importantly, his appointment re-emphasises Perkins+Will's deep commitment to the Washington DC community, the region's well-being, and its emerging leadership in the international design community.”
