The Developers and Builders Alliance (DBA) have honoured David Fisher, architect of the revolving Dynamic Tower concept set for Dubai, Moscow and New York, as Architect of the Year 2008 in Miami yesterday. The Community Advancement Awards were part of an international conference at Mar-a-Lago Club in Palm Beach to address global issues and recognize outstanding projects and industry professionals.
